The role: Oracle HCM Specialist

• The critical priority for the team is someone that has a well-rounded knowledge of Oracle HCM and can do the actual configuration.
• We are looking for someone with the following experience.
• Ideally, a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in HCM
• Absence Management Configuration
• Global HR Configuration
• Implementation experience, with a Key Role – we’ve spoken with people who had experience with translating data to load but no config experience, which we need.
• Performance & Talent Management Experience
• Understanding of personalization & Security
• Technical experience Fast Formula/HDSL/HDL & OTBI reporting.
