Salary up to £50,000 basic + Bonus.

A leading fine-jewellery house in Hatton Garden is seeking a talented Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of its boutiques and elevate the client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who thrives in a luxury environment and is passionate about high-quality craftsmanship, client relationships, and commercial excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the boutiques' daily operations, ensuring a seamless, personalised, and memorable experience for every client.

• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and uphold exceptional service standards.

• Drive commercial performance through strong clienteling, sales strategy, and data-led analysis of KPIs.

• Maintain impeccable operational standards across stock control, workshop orders, CRM usage, and showroom presentation.

• Partner closely with the Head of Sales on sales initiatives, team development, and client outreach strategies.

• Oversee bespoke and high-value client journeys, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s values and commitment to quality.

About You

• Experienced retail leader with a background in fine jewellery – diamonds and lab grown diamonds in particular.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and drive results.

• Organised, polished, and confident managing both operational and client-facing responsibilities.

• Inspirational team leader with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
