About the Role: There’s a role for everyone in retail - including leadership. As a Nights Replenishment Manager, you’ll motivate your team to deliver high standards across your store, ensuring product availability and driving sales. You’ll maintain shop floor standards and coach your team to do the same. You’ll be responsible for merchandising, operational standards, and ensuring back of house areas operate safely and efficiently. You may need to multitask and work across various store areas. If you’re looking to develop your retail career, this could be the role for you! As part of the leadership team, you’ll work a three-week rolling rota including weekends, evenings, and late nights. You may be solely responsible for the store at times, so confidence in overseeing store operations is essential.
About You: You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. You will be friendly, proactive, and eager to work with your team to achieve excellent results. You should be enthusiastic, a strong coach, mentor, and motivator, and a role model to colleagues and managers to ensure customers have a great shopping experience.
