If so, we’d love to hear from you. This fast-paced business is growing and as a result it’s looking for an exceptional Client Account Director to join its dynamic team. This is a hands-on, client-focused role where you'll manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, while also uncovering and securing new business opportunities. You’ll be the face of the business, ensuring its clients receive best-in-class service and innovative print solutions – all while driving revenue and margin growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and nurturing client relationships to deliver outstanding service and unlock organic growth.
- Identifying and winning new business through networking, prospecting, site visits, and events.
- Promoting the businesses full suite of print and design services to key decision-makers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and exceeded.
- Providing accurate monthly reports and supporting new account onboarding.
- Attending relevant exhibitions, industry events, and sales meetings to build your pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:
