This role offers you a chance to run a rapidly growing food manufacturing/processing site. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for helping to achieve company sales turnover and running the hands-on operation in the Factory. With 5 UK sites, and plans to grow in Scotland by 100%, this is an incredible opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including managing customer order/schedule requirements, production planning, scheduling and quality control.
  • Lead Quality Assurance, Team Leadership, Compliance and Safety, Resource Management and Cost Management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

What You Bring:

  • +5 years in at least a Production Management position within Food.
  • Understanding and contributing to a hands-on role.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and a strong communicator.
  • Ambitious - relish a challenge.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and think on your feet.
