Remuneration: £50,000 – £55,000 + £12,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Roofing & Cladding will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality range of fasteners for roofing & cladding systems
• All of your time will be spent selling to specialise sub-contractors, roofing contractors and OEM’s such as: Kingspan & Tata Steel
• Once up and running will be expected to turnover £1m
• Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
• Project sizes can vary from £100 – £250k depending on size and scope
• Fantastic support with NSM and internal team
• Typical projects include education, high rise residential, commercial office, healthcare and education

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Roofing & Cladding with:

• Must have roofing & cladding sales experience
• Must have sold to sub-contractors & roofing contractors and OEM’s
• Must be able to pick up technical aspect of the role
• Must have a hunter mentality
• Would consider someone from a technical background however ideally sales
• Team player
• IT literate
• Hardworking and resilient
