The role of the Area Sales Manager – Roofing & Cladding will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a high quality range of fasteners for roofing & cladding systems.
  • All of your time will be spent selling to specialised sub-contractors, roofing contractors and OEM’s such as Kingspan & Tata Steel.
  • Once up and running will be expected to turnover £1m.
  • Majority of your time will be spent generating new business.
  • Project sizes can vary from £100 - £250k depending on size and scope.
  • Fantastic support with NSM and internal team.
  • Typical projects include education, high rise residential, commercial office, healthcare and education.

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Roofing & Cladding with:

  • Must have roofing & cladding sales experience.
  • Must have sold to sub-contractors & roofing contractors and OEM’s.
  • Must be able to pick up technical aspect of the role.
  • Must have a hunter mentality.
  • Would consider someone from a technical background however ideally sales.
  • Team player.
  • IT literate.
  • Hardworking and resilient.
