I am recruiting for an Organisation Design Specialist to drive a forward-thinking engagement strategy to work a 6 month contract working Hybrid 1-2 days onsite either in Birmingham or London.

You will lead the development of our Staff Engagement Plan scope and its associated delivery plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a compelling Staff Engagement Plan that supports a major transformation
  • Shape the future Employee Value Proposition, culture strategy, leadership capability and internal communications
  • Collaborate across HR, OD and operational teams to gather insights and build impactful, practical plans
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions, and present confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Support benchmarking, data analysis and the introduction of best practice
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in organisational transformation, particularly in culture and leadership
  • Broad Organisational Design knowledge within complex, operational environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills at all levels
  • Detail-focused with a strategic mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in transport, logistics, hospitality, aviation or other service industries is a plus
  • Confident using technology, data, and Microsoft Office tools
