The Role
We’re hiring a full-time junior software developer to work directly with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and support the development of our AI-driven infrastructure. This is a hands-on opportunity to build scalable backend systems, user-friendly dashboards, and robust data integrations.
What You’ll Work On
- Helping build and maintain backend services and APIs
- Contributing to client-facing dashboards and internal tools
- Integrating external data sources and validating data quality
- Improving performance, scalability, and codebase efficiency
- Writing clean, well-documented code in collaboration with the CTO
What We’re Looking For
- You’re confident writing clean, testable code in Python, which is our primary language, and have some experience with JavaScript and Java
- You’ve worked with frameworks like Flask, Django, or React
- You understand databases, APIs, and basic software design principles
- You’re excited by solving real-world problems, not just ticking off tasks
- You’re curious, ask good questions, and always want to learn
- You take ownership of your work and follow through
- You’re fluent in English (written and spoken)
