The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role is working solely for one of our major clients, alongside our existing team on this account. We are looking for someone with a Film first background who is familiar with producing both Film and stills, ideally with experience shooting for Fashion brands. You will be producing both film and stills shoots in studio, on location and abroad. You will be excited to build on a long-standing relationship with this client, working to produce shoots from large scale campaigns to smaller scale social content and still life shoots.

We are looking for someone who is able to commit to a minimum of 2-3 month stints at a time working full time in the pre-production, on set and post production over multiple jobs.

What you need:

  • Significant experience in managing shoot productions in a creative or production agency.
  • Experience producing film and stills shoots in studio, on location and abroad. Experience producing fashion or beauty brands would be beneficial to this role.
  • The confidence to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritising, planning ahead and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Excellent track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Extensive experience of project budget management & scheduling.
  • Extensive experience of production services sourcing and art buying of Photographer, Directors and shoot teams.
  • Ability to deal directly with clients & building strong relationships.
  • Fully confident in executing shoots in their entirety.
  • Have a positive, can-do outlook and the ability to draw on previous experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.
  • Communicate effectively & clearly with the team & client in high-pressure situations.
  • Have the ability to negotiate in order to reach the best possible outcome for both the agency and its clients.
  • Have solid existing relationships in the production world, with a ‘little black book’ full of the best contacts in the industry.
  • Use initiative & be proactive in everything you do.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Ability to take a shoot brief from the Executive Producer or directly from the client & produce the job confidently from start to finish.
  • Responsible for financial processes of a shoot from start to finish from building budget proposals & project briefing, to supplier engagement, billing and closing jobs.
  • Organization of all shoots including studio, location & overseas, on both small & larger-scale projects.
  • Organise multiple photo shoots simultaneously, ensuring all pre-production and on-set needs are anticipated and met.
  • Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers across each production.
  • Liaise closely with clients to keep project running smoothly.
  • Communicate & manage delivery schedules directly with the client.
  • Ensure that all shoots are produced as efficiently as possible & remain in budget. Communicate any risks to the budget prior to spend.
  • Source locations, manage scouts & recce’s & submit permit applications where needed.
  • Confidently complete risk assessments, release forms and children’s licences.
  • Book creative teams, transportation, visas, carnets.
  • Book all logistics and travel.
  • Book equipment for all crew and departments.
  • Generate call sheets.
  • Liaise with local production company for onsite production needs.
  • Have a good understanding of usage rights and buyout rates.
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project objectives.
  • Negotiate costs and contracts with crew and talent.
  • Continually expand the Production Factory roster of suppliers.
  • Have an interest in Art Buying and the ability to suggest Photographers, Directors, Art Directors and Stylists etc.
  • Any other such duties that may be required from time to time relevant to your role.

Please note: This role would require London office based working 3 days a week from the office and potentially more as required for on set or meeting attendance.
