The Devereux Day School serves individuals aged 6 through 21 who present with issues such as disruptive behaviors, mood/anxiety disorders, complex trauma, or abuse-reactive behaviors. Compensation and Benefits: $1000 Sign-On Bonus Starting at $60,000/year with potential increases up to $66,200 based on relevant experience On-call rotation Full-time benefits including PTO, insurance options, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, retirement plan, and more Supportive work environment with ongoing training and supervision for licensure hours Responsibilities: Complete individualized treatment plans, Behavior Support Plans, and social/emotional IEP goals Conduct individual and group interventions, risk assessments, and collaborate with external agencies Implement clinical treatment models such as Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports within a trauma-informed care milieu Maintain an average caseload of 12-14 students Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age Valid driver\’s license Master\’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or related field Relevant behavioral experience Ability to complete a 2-week paid orientation in Rutland Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime shift On-Call weekend rotation shared among clinicians Devereux maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and fosters a culture of reporting and cooperation with authorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
