Dealing with all aspects of Partnerships, Nomination agreements, University and agent/international relationships and opportunities in student housing. We are looking to grow our Short Term Lets Team! In which there is NEVER a dull moment!

Purpose of the role: As a Short Term Let Sales Co-ordinator, you will be an active, contributing member of the short term let team. Your responsibilities include handling emails related to short term and summer stays, converting inquiries into viewings and bookings using the sales process, and maintaining internal trackers to monitor leads and enquiries. Reporting to the STL Team Leader, you will manage both short term and summer stay aspects of the business throughout the year. Your role involves following up on enquiries through all contact routes, converting them into bookings, and updating trackers to confirm revenue from groups. Delivering excellent customer service is essential, as the student experience is our top priority.

  • Managing inquiries via phone, email, and web
