We are looking to grow our Short Term Lets Team! In which there is NEVER a dull moment! Purpose of the role: As a Short Term Let Sales Co-ordinator, you will be an active, contributing member of the short term let team. Your responsibilities include handling emails related to short term and summer stays, converting inquiries into viewings and bookings using the sales process, and maintaining internal trackers to monitor leads and enquiries. Reporting to the STL Team Leader, you will manage both short term and summer stay aspects of the business throughout the year. Your role involves following up on enquiries through all contact routes, converting them into bookings, and updating trackers to confirm revenue from groups. Delivering excellent customer service is essential, as the student experience is our top priority. – Responsibilities include: Managing inquiries via phone, email, and web Converting leads into viewings and bookings Meeting daily and weekly targets, tracking conversions Updating databases accurately for analysis Collaborating with property teams to support local sales efforts Complying with Health and Safety policies Being flexible and working well with colleagues Logging and tracking all inquiries Staying informed about property activities throughout the year Meeting deadlines Participating in other team roles as needed – Skills required: Strong written English skills for customer communication Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines Teamwork skills Excellent organizational, admin, and time management skills Negotiating skills Effective interpersonal skills at all levels Goal and target achievement capabilities Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory – Personal qualities: Performance-driven attitude Enjoy interaction with others Strong communication skills Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams Proactive decision-making Commitment to high standards and equal opportunities Flexible, adaptable to change Positive \’can do\’ attitude and quick to add value Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Homes for Students by 2x.
