Do you thrive in an ambitious environment where you're not a small cog in a big wheel? Have you got an excellent track record of generating growth, but need more flexibility? If so, this could be the role for you...

About The Business

We’re partnering with a respected supplier to frontline public realm departments and contractors across the UK. With a hard-working, focused team and a proven track record, the business is investing in brand and marketing to unlock its next phase of growth with a ‘start-up' like focus to quadruple the business in the next 4 years. This is a brand-new role - a blank canvas opportunity to deliver the company vision, shape strategy, craft campaigns, and build a strong, consistent market presence. The Role

As the company's Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development of marketing strategy and execution from the ground up. Design and web work is outsourced, but you’ll coordinate the output and ensure it aligns with the company’s commercial goals and have a keen eye for detail to ensure all work produced is on-brand. This is a rare chance to embed marketing as a key business function and influence long-term direction from the SLT table.
