As a Finance Assistant, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase invoices, handle day-to-day queries, complete daily bank reconciliations, and assist the Head of Finance and team members as needed. You will work in a busy office environment that is constantly changing and evolving to deliver the best possible service to our clients. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Raise sales invoices for all completed customer orders, including Project/Time/Product/Contract Invoicing
  • Assist with Direct Debit administration and collections
  • Complete daily bank account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate client information in our systems
  • Prepare regular account statements and communicate with clients to maintain good credit control
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via email and telephone
  • Assist with month-end processes and the preparation of financial reports
  • Assist with Accounts Inbox management
