We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Accounts Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to grow revenue and margin within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to prepare compelling proposals.
  • Proactively identify and develop new accounts within targeted industry sectors.

Proven experience in account management or B2B technical sales, preferably in engineering or industrial sectors. Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office tools. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed. Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working with clients in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
