This company has an exceptional track record of creating schemes and projects in predominantly the business space sector. This position would suit someone with 2-4 years practical property development experience, to initially support the more senior members of the team.
Day to day, this will include:
- Preparing and regularly updating development appraisals and programmes.
- Coordinating and managing third-party consultants to aid project delivery.
- Overseeing and negotiating planning, design, and construction phases of development projects.
- Handling disposals and acquisitions for the business through negotiation and management.
- Developing and managing budgets, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Cultivating relationships with existing and new partners/clients, providing regular project updates to the development team and funding partners.
- Generating relevant Board reports and project updates for partners and shareholders.
