About the Role: Are you a finance professional eager to advance your career? The Field Systems Segment (FS) of Trimble, a leader in productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability solutions for the construction and surveying industries, is seeking a Subscription Revenue Analyst. This role is key in our strategic business model transformation, offering you the chance to influence this transformation and gain insights into Trimble's largest revenue segment. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you'll also support the Geospatial sector, impacting our financial strategies. A successful candidate will demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement, high integrity, and the ability to support Business Operations and Digital Transformation departments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to shaping Trimble's future business models.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive analytics across all divisions within Field Systems, focusing on ARR metrics such as renewals, net retention, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, contracted value, deferred revenue, and revenue forecasting.
- Oversee segment costs allocations to divisions, specifically for marketing communications, R&D expenses, and administrative support functions.
- Provide analysis and support within sectors (TAP, Geospatial, Civil) for ARR, margin, and OPEX.
- Facilitate the transition to a new FP&A tool (Adaptive) in collaboration with the program manager.
- Prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): aggregate and maintain the rigor and pacing of slide and table completion by Sector Controllers.
- Support Long-Range Planning (LRP) by consolidating files as plans are developed.
- Collaborate on subscription bundles, software pricing, and related issues, with exposure to the full P&L statement of sector divisions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay Equity & Benefits: Trimble offers a compensation range of $79,924 to $106,000, with bonus eligibility. We provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, time off, retirement plans, and additional savings plans.
