The school is a Pupil Referral Unit where students need additional support with studies due to challenging behaviour. The schools main focus is to ensure that pupils are able to transition to the next stage of their education or training successfully.
The successful person would need to have experience working with SEMH, experience as a Behaviour Mentor, foster carer children’s residential care worker ect would be ideal. The students within this setting require someone who is patient and supportive with firm boundaries.
