Job Description: The Managed Services Team Lead will support day-to-day managed services activities, primarily supporting Oracle Cloud Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM). Experience with other Oracle Cloud ERP modules is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients, ensuring engagement and acting as a liaison with sales, resources, and team members.
- Provide hands-on support for Oracle Cloud Financials, resolving client tickets efficiently.
- Manage client requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Drive issue resolution, collaborating with team members as needed.
- Support client transitions into Managed Services post-implementation.
- Identify and communicate issues and risks to senior management.
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP, including 5-7 years with Oracle Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials is essential.
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud ERP modules is advantageous.
- Experience with full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and support.
- Ability to perform under pressure and lead during critical issues.
- Experience in consultancy or systems integration is a bonus.
- Strong team player with proactive attitude and initiative.
