We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Holborn. Rondo is a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant serving seasonal modern bistro dishes and great wines, open from breakfast through dinner. It offers a fun, welcoming vibe for all.
What you'll do...
- Ensure the restaurant/bar area complies with H&S standards each shift
- Lead daily briefings for the restaurant/bar team
- Coordinate and manage reservations system
- Draft floor plans based on covers
- Support the Restaurant AGM and GM with food & beverage stock management, ordering, and stock counts
- Assist in training staff on wine, food, and beverage menus
- Handle cash and report revenues daily following hotel SOPs
- Manage labour scheduling
- Oversee service on the floor and bar
- Ensure the safe opening and closing of the restaurant
- Collaborate with culinary team on menus, service, and product availability
