Premier Work Support are on the lookout for an experienced F&B General Manager to oversee cafés, premium lounge, pub, and pop-up dining outlets. You’ll be responsible for operations, team leadership, commercial performance, and ensuring a top-tier experience every step of the way. Drive sales, profitability, and outstanding service standards Ensure compliance with all food safety and allergen regulations Own recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews Collaborate with stakeholders and represent F&B in strategic planning 3+ years\’ experience in senior hospitality/F&B management roles ~ Proven commercial acumen with £5M+ annual turnover ~ Solid knowledge of HACCP, allergen law (Rachel’s Law), and food safety ~ Food Safety Level 3+, Hospitality Mgmt, Personal License) Funded apprenticeships (Level 3 to 7) Medicash plan (GP access, physio, retail discounts & more) Discounted BUPA dental cover EAP and mental health support Gym & travel discounts, Cycle to Work, Costco membership This is a full-time role requiring flexibility across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
