Marcilly Recruitment's client, a brilliant private equity firm in Mayfair, is seeking a French Speaking EA to join their high performing team to provide 1:1 support to a Partner. This is a business and private split, roughly 50/50 but will change during the year depending on the priorities and busy periods. Role: French speaking EA
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 DOE
Benefits: very generous discretionary bonus (in the past this has been up to 100%); pension; healthcare; 25 days holiday
Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
Location: Mayfair – office based five days a week
Start date: Happy to wait a notice period
French speaking EA duties will include but are not limited to:
- Full diary and calendar management; both personal and business
- Complex global travel, creating itineraries, booking luxury hotels, flights and visa applications
- Meeting preparation, including research, information gathering from the team, presentation production etc
- Coordinating board meetings, board papers etc
- Gatekeeping – managing internal and external relationships on behalf of the principal
- Inbox management when required and managing communications on behalf of the partner
- Managing private properties in the UK and abroad
- Facilitating and implementing specific ad hoc projects
- Event planning - both personal and business
- Expenses and finance management
- Managing all personal appointments and lifestyle management
- Ad hoc team support when needed
French speaking EA requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of PA / EA/ Team Assistant experience, ideally in Financial Services
- Fluent French
- Experience supporting a HNWI is highly desirable
- Proactive, able to organise and prioritise a varied workload
- Exceptional attention to detail whilst always maintaining the highest standards
- Be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong educational background with a degree or strong A levels highly desirable
The successful French speaking EA will have proven success in a similar dynamic PA/EA position with an excellent can-do attitude and desire to grow and develop.
The hugely personable principal is looking for a self-starter who can work with autonomy, use their initiative and deliver to a high standard with good attention to detail.
