Base pay range

£13.01 per hour

Responsibilities

• Be part of the sales floor leadership team, supporting the store management team to enable the best service delivery to customers
• Manage the day-to-day running of a department, supervising and coaching others to deliver market-leading standards
• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and a positive, enthusiastic approach to products and services
• Share some key holder responsibilities and follow all in-store security and stock loss procedures
• Participate in training and development to support career progression within Retail or elsewhere in the Group

To be successful in this role you’ll need

• Experience of supervising or leading a small team
• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales or services environment
• Experience of on-the-job training or coaching others
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• A track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets
• Ideally, some technical knowledge and skills in motoring or cycling (not essential; technical training is provided) and a commitment to your own development
