This role involves managing and optimizing TikTok ad campaigns, developing compelling UGC content strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI. Who we are: XMartial is a rapidly growing combat sports brand in the U.S., with a strong BJJ and MMA community. We focus on creativity and performance marketing to scale our brand, and now we’re looking to expand our TikTok marketing efforts with a dedicated professional. What we’re not looking for: Brand awareness campaigns without measurable ROI Passive ad managers who don’t optimize campaigns Vague or untested awareness strategies What we are looking for: Proven success with UGC-style, direct-response campaigns Experience scaling eCommerce brands via TikTok Ads Manager Ability to iterate quickly, adapt trends, and build effective sales funnels Manage TikTok ad campaigns across prospecting and retargeting Create high-converting UGC briefs and collaborate with content creators Perform A/B testing on hooks, CTAs, captions, and formats Analyze daily campaign performance and optimize accordingly Coordinate with creative and growth teams for messaging alignment Optimize pixel events, tracking, and attribution settings Develop strategies to maximize ROAS and top-of-funnel growth 2+ years managing TikTok Ads for eCommerce brands Deep understanding of scroll psychology, TikTok trends, and direct-response frameworks Experience briefing and sourcing UGC creators or filming in-house Strong testing mindset with a portfolio of successful creatives Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager, Triple Whale, GA4, and other tools Bonus: familiarity with combat sports or fitness niches, especially BJJ/MMA Apply now with your best ad results!
