Based in London with a global aircraft leasing company, this is an important role which oversees the administration of a portfolio of managed aircraft while supporting the commercial and technical operations teams.

Candidates based in Dublin may be considered. Applicants requiring relocation or visa sponsorship will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and updating the operational and contractual status of managed aircraft on the lease management platform
  • Updating transaction bibles
  • Monitoring operational, technical and insurance lease covenants
  • Liaison with the technical and legal teams regarding relevant technical and contractual aspects of the portfolio
  • Management of maintenance reserves, including invoicing, monitoring of payments, guarantees, rate adjustments, EOL forecasting and reporting to stakeholders
  • Management of rental invoicing
  • On-boarding and off-boarding of portfolio assets
  • Production of regular periodic reports
  • Management and development of the lease management platform
  • Liaison with third party owners of portfolio assets
  • Day-to-day liaison with airline operators
  • Management of one direct report
  • Participation in due diligence reviews of target asset lease terms and conditions and maintenance forecasting
  • Participation in fleet planning and aircraft advisory consultancy projects

Required experience

  • 4 years’ relevant contract or portfolio management experience with an aircraft lessor, MRO or airline
  • Experience with aircraft lease management software e.g. CMS, Sysco, Leasepoint etc.
  • Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Power BI
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
