Our client within the public sector requires a proven SC Cleared Lead Infrastructure Engineer. Working to deliver secure, effective, and cost-efficient digital infrastructure services and to run live IT operations that support the business objectives.
As an End User Computing Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver a digital workplace that enhances operational efficiency and user productivity.
- Provide high-quality IT services and support to end-users.
- Build and maintain a world-class performance-focused user experience control centre.
- Exploit and enhance hybrid cloud services to improve flexibility and scalability.
- Protect and secure the services to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in end-user computing services.
Technical Skills required:
- Significant experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly Intune and Google Workspace.
- Proven hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and owning the technical capability of MDM solutions.
- Understanding of performance benchmarking, fault detection, and fault resolution.
- Significant experience with SaaS service monitoring tools and controls for ensuring performance and reliability.
- Substantial knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services, particularly hybrid cloud environments.
