Our client within the public sector requires a proven SC Cleared Lead Infrastructure Engineer. Working to deliver secure, effective, and cost-efficient digital infrastructure services and to run live IT operations that support the business objectives.

As an End User Computing Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Deliver a digital workplace that enhances operational efficiency and user productivity.
  • Provide high-quality IT services and support to end-users.
  • Build and maintain a world-class performance-focused user experience control centre.
  • Exploit and enhance hybrid cloud services to improve flexibility and scalability.
  • Protect and secure the services to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in end-user computing services.

Technical Skills required:

  • Significant experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly Intune and Google Workspace.
  • Proven hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and owning the technical capability of MDM solutions.
  • Understanding of performance benchmarking, fault detection, and fault resolution.
  • Significant experience with SaaS service monitoring tools and controls for ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Substantial knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services, particularly hybrid cloud environments.
