HSEQ Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations are met. You will travel nationwide, leading a team of advisors and graduates. Your duties include providing safety briefings, analyzing audit data, and implementing quality and environmental policies in line with standards such as OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 9001, 50001, and 14001. Key responsibilities as HSEQ Manager include: Produce weekly and monthly audit reports with recommendations for corrective actions. Investigate all accidents, hazards, and potential hazards, recommending preventive measures. Coordinate with the Training Manager on HSEQ training needs and deliver instruction when necessary. Conduct regular HSEQ inspections, ensure findings are addressed, and corrective actions are taken. Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act and related regulations. Lead performance and productivity improvements through effective communication, coaching, and staff development. Hold regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to review objectives and performance. Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. Manage ongoing compliance with standards like OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 9001, 50001, and 14001. Maintain accurate site records and ensure quality check targets are met. Promote and comply with all company policies and standards. Engage with stakeholders and third parties to ensure contract delivery. Skills & Experience required: NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent. Degree qualification or equivalent. Extensive experience in civil engineering, utilities, or telecommunications. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. CSCS Card. Why work at Circet?
