Responsibilities include Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef to develop and refine menu items and suggest improvements. Choose the finest ingredients and maintain inventory to ensure freshness and quality. Conduct regular inspections to maintain standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Address issues related to food consistency, flavor, or presentation promptly. Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.
