Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Retrofit Consultant based in Birmingham and surrounding home counties. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, offering a competitive salary with a 10% Car Allowance and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients on decarbonisation plans.
  • Providing funding support and building client relationships.
  • Driving business development within social housing or local authorities.
  • Overseeing Retrofit Assessors delivering PAS2035 services nationwide.
  • Representing NetZero Collective at events and meetings.
  • Managing systems, databases, and quality processes.
  • Supporting team members and serving as a Retrofit Coordinator from inception to evaluation.
  • Exhibiting expertise in building services, especially heating and ventilation.
  • Traveling across the UK to client sites.

Desired experience includes:

  • Lived experience in domestic retrofit works.
  • Understanding of construction industry roles.
  • Experience in building energy modelling (SAP, PHPP, or similar).
  • DEA/Retrofit Assessor qualification.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
  • Accreditation as a Retrofit Coordinator.
  • Experience in construction or M&E management.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Microsoft 365.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car with business insurance.
