S&H have been exclusively instructed by a boutique financial services firm on a broad Corporate/Commercial Counsel position, reporting to and working closely with the General Counsel on a wide range of matters. You will ideally have had private practice training in a city law firm and have a broad range of corporate and commercial experience and an ability to quickly understand and assess new and complex projects with unfamiliar subject matter.
The role requires a combination of excellence in both legal and strategic analysis and commercial awareness.
