We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team at Skegness! As a member of the Facilities team, you will proactively support the Facilities leadership team in all operational aspects of plumbing. This role supports the entire resort and at times will require you to work with internal and external service providers. The work will also involve planned and unplanned work across the estate.
You will be coordinating activities to carry out routine maintenance, servicing and repairing domestic and commercial equipment, using your knowledge in all aspects of fault finding and installation works. Typical working hours cover five days over a seven shift pattern that includes weekends and evenings at times.
About You
You should be able to demonstrate experience in working in a maintenance environment within a plumbing specialism. A current recognised City & Guilds or equivalent trade qualification at level 2 or above will also be required. You will have the ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines and have working knowledge and experience of relevant regulations and H&S procedures. You should have good communication skills and take pride in detailed record keeping. You should hold a professional and positive approach at all times in the working environment and enjoy working both as part of a team and individually.
