Summary We are seeking an experienced leader for the role of Area Vice President (AVP), Sales – Agentforce. This role requires a strong technical background, expertise in AI-driven solutions, and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams. You will drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and leverage cutting-edge technology to transform customer engagement through Salesforce\’s Agentforce platform. Core Responsibilities Define and communicate a compelling vision for Agentforce that exceeds targets. Develop strategies for customer acquisition and significant revenue growth. Maintain and expand customer relationships, focusing on strategic accounts. Manage strategic and operational planning. Translate business goals into actionable plans. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Foster a culture of execution, strategic account nurturing, and high retention. Drive and close complex, strategic deals. Identify new market opportunities and channels. Collaborate across functions to maximize resources and align strategies. Develop future sales talent and promote a growth-oriented environment. The ideal leader will have Leadership experience in strategic or industry sales, preferably in a matrixed environment. Experience in software or application sales, with a focus on IT solutions to CxO levels. Proven success in motivating complex sales teams and exceeding revenue goals. Strong operational, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Exceptional technical sales skills, especially in AI solutions. Relevant degree or equivalent experience. Leadership Characteristics Ability to convey complex technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders. High curiosity, self-awareness, and humility. Customer-centric with a passion for success. Results-oriented with a strategic mindset. Strong relationship and problem-solving skills. Technical proficiency in AI and related technologies. Agile, proactive, and resilient attitude.
