Are you looking to take the next step up in your 3D career? We are seeking a creative, driven, and talented 3D Designer to join the fast-paced environment of our creative team at Tecna. The role is based at our office in Farnborough, Hampshire, where you will be a key member of the creative team, reporting to the Head of Creative and collaborating with well-known commercial brands.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Generate innovative 3D designs from ideas, sketches, and client briefs that tell a story and meet client goals.
  • Use pricing matrixes to produce estimates with input from the team.
  • Create artwork suitable for print when necessary.

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Translate concepts into compelling 3D visuals.
  • Understand client branding, target audience, messaging, and market position.
  • Participate in client meetings to clarify project briefs.
  • Present concepts, mood boards, floor plans, and renderings effectively.
  • Estimate project costs accurately using established pricing processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies.
