The predicted salary is between 38000 - 40000 £ per year.
You’ll be joining our Collections and Recoveries Team, leading and motivating a team of 7 direct reports. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that performance and quality targets are met, managing workflows and day to day priorities.
Competitive salary in the region of £38,000 to £40,000 plus bonus potential.

Reporting to the Collections and Recoveries Manager you will offer support and coaching to enable team members to perform to target within their roles, providing your expertise and offering direction. You will also:
- Be the point of escalation, supporting with complex cases and queries.
- Provide reports and feedback relating to team performance and the wider function.
- Manage the portfolio setting priorities within the workloads.
- Respond to partner and sales team queries.
- Carry out regular one to one’s, reviews and coaching, ensuring engagement and motivation from the team.
- Take ownership and be accountable for small projects.

To be successful as our Team Leader you will already have significant experience within collections as well as supervisory experience:
- You’ll be used to operating in a fast paced, high volume processing environment.
- Your communication skills will be advanced, demonstrating the ability to adapt to your audience.
- You have a high level of written communication skills – attention to detail is essential.
- You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions.
- It is ideal if you have experience within financial services or insurance environments.
