Role Overview: As part of our civil servant team, you\’ll be at the forefront of information warfare, working with state-of-the-art tools including AI, analytics, and next-gen tech. Your work will help the Army outthink, outmaneuver, and outpace adversaries, supporting digital transformation, cyber resilience, and information integrity. Position Details: 37 hours per week. Job Responsibilities: Integrate data from authoritative sources and develop reports and dashboards using SAS, Oracle, Power BI, Palantir, and Tableau. Support high-level decision-making and accountability processes. Maintain existing dashboards and provide guidance. Create evidence-based visualisations and data models. Ensure data accuracy and produce comprehensive documentation. Liaise with Business Analysts and developers to ensure data quality and suitability for analysis. Understand and apply different system development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Support self-service users and incident management for dashboard solutions. Person Specification: Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to handle pressure. Effective communication skills. Knowledge of data governance and analytics technologies (SAS, Oracle Analytics Server, Tableau, Power BI, Palantir). Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Essential Skills: Understanding of data governance policies. Proficiency with analytics tools. Strong communication skills. Desirable Skills: Experience in data modeling and understanding industry standards. Behaviours: Changing and Improving, Delivering at Pace, Communicating and Influencing, Working Together.
