We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nutritional Therapist/Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist with expertise in women's health and supplement recommendations to join our growing Nutrition team on a full-time, maternity cover basis. This unique role places you at the forefront of our brand, showcasing your nutritional expertise through brief telephone or video consultations. Extensive clinical experience in women's health and supplementation is essential, with the ability to rapidly translate and condense advice on supplements, diet, and lifestyle during short client interactions. You should be comfortable providing safe, compassionate and practical guidance while also recommending supplements from our catalogue of Food-Grown options.
This is a remote, home-based position, requiring occasional travel to our Head Office in Lewes, East Sussex, for visits throughout the year. Flexibility with working hours is highly desirable, particularly suitable for those seeking later starts and finishes and the occasional Saturday.
The ideal candidate will thrive on customer interaction through video consultations, possess excellent independent working skills alongside strong teamwork and communication abilities, and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to support our Customer Care and wider teams.

Requirements
Essential skills we are looking for:
- Seeking a Nutritional Therapist (Diploma, BSc+, or Nutritionist) with significant post-qualification clinical experience in family and women's health
- Expertise in female life stages (menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum/breastfeeding, perimenopause/menopause, thyroid health, endometriosis, PCOS) and supplements is crucial
- Food-Grown product experience is a plus
- Familiarity with functional testing related to female health is needed
- Retail/commercial experience is a plus
- Comfortable using social media to promote nutritional expertise and brand awareness
- Experience delivering educational talks is beneficial
- Must have up-to-date insurance and professional membership
- Excellent communication, organizational, and efficiency skills are required
