We are looking to recruit a few talented lawyers with 4+ years PQE to join our Construction, Advisory and Disputes team in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London and/or Manchester (other locations considered).

The team is regularly instructed to assist with contract negotiation and dispute avoidance across the UK and in a variety of other jurisdictions.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a very strong academic background, with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be able to demonstrate strong technical ability, and able to present solutions effectively and with insight
  • Demonstrate an interest in construction & engineering disputes/advisory work, with particular reference to the infrastructure, energy and/or real estate sectors.
  • Bring drive and enthusiasm, being commercially aware and client focused
  • Proactively seek out development opportunities for themselves and others
  • Be qualified in England & Wales and/or Scotland
