Sessional Work Part-Time

Capstone Foster Care has developed a Multidisciplinary Assessment Treatment and Therapy Service (MATTS) which provides assessment, consultation, and therapy to children and young people in foster care. MATTS is overseen by a Clinical Director and led regionally by an employed Clinical Lead, with a team comprising experienced clinicians including Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists, Creative Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and others.

Due to service growth, we are recruiting experienced Therapists from various modalities to expand our support for fostering families and children. Our Therapists are self-employed, commissioned for specific assessments and interventions, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support children and foster families.

We Are Specifically Looking For:

  • Talking Therapists
  • Play Therapists
  • DDP Specialists
  • Systemic Specialists
  • Creative Arts Therapists (Art, Drama, Music)
  • Dance Movement Psychotherapists
  • Play, Filial, and Theraplay Therapists

Work may involve providing clinical support to foster carers and professional networks, conducting specialist assessments, and delivering direct interventions. Our service is adaptive and responsive, focused on supporting children and young people within their foster families.
