Need experience leading a team of admin personnel. As our Sales Admin Manager you would provide administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily Sales Admin operations. This is an onsite 12 month fixed term contract role.
You would also:
- Manage overall sales admin activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and staff supervision.
- Oversee reporting, performance management, and team development, including 1:1 meetings and appraisals.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, streamline admin processes, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure effective communication and information flow across the company to support business operations.
- Support sales admin team and sales staff, handling ad hoc tasks and ensuring operational continuity.
