UK – London 2nd floor, 7 Bishopsgate London, GB EC2N3AR, GBR Trintech is a multi-award-winning cloud-based Fintech provider seeking a proactive and dynamic Application Support Consultant to join our EMEA team. This entry-level role involves working directly with Accounting and IT professionals across multiple countries that utilize Trintech solutions. The role is customer-facing, providing first-tier application support via phone, web, or email, ensuring solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. WHAT YOU\’LL DO Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues Collaborate with team resources to efficiently resolve issues and escalate complex problems to SMEs, SaaS team, and technical experts as needed Provide support for at least one Trintech application Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with business objectives WHO YOU ARE 0-2 years of customer service experience in a SaaS environment preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional deductive reasoning and analytical skills Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and familiarity with GenAI Prompt Engineering Experience with Salesforce or other CRM ticketing systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office products At Trintech, we are committed to fostering a culture based on our core values: Humble, Empowered, Reliable, and Open.
