Location: Field-based with a requirement to be in the Gatwick office at least 3 days a month

Nestlé Waters (NWUK) is a global leader in bottled water, committed to sourcing and bottling water sustainably. We produce well-known brands like Buxton, SanPellegrino, Perrier, and Nestlé Pure Life. Our passion for water and healthy beverages drives our strategy and market success. We are expanding our Out of Home team and are recruiting a National Account Manager to grow existing accounts and acquire new business within the Wholesale and Buying Group channels. This high-profile role involves working with key accounts to develop tailored solutions.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage and develop your portfolio of Buying Group accounts through negotiations and joint business planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships within your accounts
- Identify high-value opportunities in accelerate accounts
- Negotiate and uphold robust trading terms
- Implement contact strategies and develop internal and external relationships
- Secure approval for annual plans and monitor their execution
- Track KPIs and sales performance monthly
- Utilize market data and trends to inform sales strategies
- Gather and analyze outlet and market intelligence
- Manage trade spend and forecast accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Nestlé
- Evaluate promotional activities and ensure effective issue resolution
- Develop relationships with other Nestlé divisions for shared learning and efficiencies
Success Criteria
- Proven sales experience, ideally in Wholesale or Buying Groups
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships
- Strong data-driven communication and influence skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
