Key Responsibilities Develop back-end systems using C# and Delphi based on customer requirements. Manage and mentor other developers to ensure engagement and professional growth. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. Oversee internal monitoring systems to optimize development resources. Implement and improve internal development processes for efficiency. Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of senior development experience, Delphi experience is advantageous. Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent. Strong communication and organizational skills. Creative, self-driven, and a team player. Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
