As Head of Ecommerce, you will use strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to develop, lead, and motivate a high-performance team encompassing Ecommerce Trade, Ecommerce Development, Website Operations, and Retail Customer Experience. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding, personalized, customer-focused proposition and experience.
You will be pivotal in crafting and executing our global Ecommerce strategy, aligning seamlessly with our growth plans and strategic goals. You will spearhead initiatives to deliver personalized products, elevate on-site experiences, and cultivate a vibrant community of loyal customers, propelling our business to new heights.

You will be based at our stunning Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Directors and Senior Management to create and maintain the strategic roadmap for global ecommerce.
- Ensure ecommerce sales, targets, and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Provide teams with tools and resources to meet targets across channels.
- Use data analytics to monitor metrics, identify trends, and improve performance.
- Deliver engaging interactions and exceptional user experiences aligned with brand values.
- Build user-friendly interfaces and robust systems for memorable customer experiences.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance and prepare insights for leadership.
- Improve team performance through coaching, development, and training.
- Lead website development, integrations, and technology stack improvements.
- Manage external resources and projects, fostering strong relationships.
- Coordinate with departments on digital projects and overall online business synergy.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency online.
- Contribute to product development and oversee website decisions.
