We are hiring for two key roles within the Design Team:
- Electronic Design Team Lead – Lead a team of engineers while driving innovation in power electronics, PCB design and new product development
- Electronic Design Engineer – Work hands-on in designing and developing power and control circuits, gaining expertise in SMPS, PCB layouts and full product lifecycle development
Daily duties will include:
- Lead & Mentor (Team Lead Role) - Oversee projects, support engineers and drive design strategy
- Circuit & PCB Design - Develop high-quality SMPS power supplies, control circuits and PCB layouts
- New Product Development - Take designs from concept to production, ensuring performance and compliance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with production, test, and service teams to optimize designs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Power Electronics, Embedded Electronics, or related field
- Experience in circuit design, PCB layout (OrCAD) and power electronics
- Familiarity with electrical test equipment (PSUs, oscilloscopes, analysers, function generators, etc.)
- (For Team Lead) Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a senior role
