Key Responsibilities:
- Property Transactions: Manage and oversee a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing of commercial and residential properties.
- Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, licenses, and other property-related documents.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence for property acquisitions, identifying risks and advising clients on mitigation strategies.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations, including zoning, planning, and land use.
- Client Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice to clients on complex property matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, joint ventures, and development projects.
- Litigation Support: Collaborate with litigation teams to handle disputes and represent clients in court or arbitration when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
