The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are Warrior Sports Rehabilitation, an independent MSK clinic operating across sites in Shoreditch, Hoxton and Wapping in east London. We aim to offer an elite sports level of detail in our therapy and rehabilitation to our clients. Whilst we are registered with most insurers, the vast majority of our client base is self-funding. We work on a self-employed contractor basis, with full clinical, marketing and administrative support.
We are seeking the right people to grow our team and clinics. Experience levels are not a barrier, but will affect your entry level to our pay scale. Your background can be chiropractic, physiotherapy or osteopathy.
Essential qualities:
- Appropriate registration to governing body and ability to work immediately in the UK.
- Currently working in London or its immediate surrounding area.
- Self-motivated, hard-working, understanding of what is required to build a list in private practice.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build working lasting and trusting relationships with clients and referrers.
- Excellent manual therapy and rehabilitative programming skills.
- Clear evidence of self-directed learning and development, ability to set short, medium and long term goals.
- The proven ability to give and receive constructive feedback, positive and negative, from and to all team members regardless of experience or status.
Desirable qualities:
- Experience working within elite sports environments.
- Experience building and maintaining a list working within private practice.
- Post graduate training at or towards MSc or higher and/or an interest in research.
- Post graduate qualifications in one/all of acupuncture, Pilates, spinal manipulation, women's health.
- The ambition to partner, manage or run your own practice one day.
