Im Ressort ISM (IT) beschäftigen wir uns mit der digitalen Welt des Handels und sorgen dafür, dass unsere IT-Infrastruktur einwandfrei funktioniert. Von Apps über den Online Shop bis hin zur IT rund um die Filialen, die Studios, das dm dialogicum und das Verteilzentrum – wir heben das Einkaufserlebnis auf ein neues Level, indem wir auch mal ungewöhnliche Wege gehen. Ob konzernweite ERP-Systeme der neuesten Generation oder innovative Themen wie KI, Augmented Reality, Machine Learning oder Robotik – wir treiben die digitale Zukunft von dm voran. Wir optimieren die Arbeitsabläufe aller Mitarbeitenden und vereinfachen Prozesse mit digitalen Arbeitsplätzen und modernen Cloud-Technologien.
