Job Purpose
As the Lead Generation Manager, you will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for optimizing online and ATL marketing performance. You will present learnings, assist with budgets and forecasts, analyze performance, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, well-organized, persistent, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve website conversion rates and lead quality through digital CRO strategies.
- Create and adapt marketing content, including videos and images, for online and ATL campaigns, supervising graphic designers and enhancing SEO text.
- Analyze TV advertising performance to inform lead generation strategies and coordinate with production agencies for content delivery.
- Manage lead allocation by reviewing campaign performance, testing distribution channels, and maximizing sales growth.
- Handle financial reporting, including variance analysis, billing, and credit management, supporting departmental financial health.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Business; Master’s preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HTML, CSS, SEO, and SQL (a plus).
- Reliable, autonomous, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing.
