The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mesa, Arizona; Bellevue, Everett and Kent, Washington; Berkeley and Hazelwood, Missouri; Huntsville, Alabama; Long Beach and Seal Beach, California.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and deploying process improvements, organizational initiatives, and procurement activities.
  • Maintain processes and systems related to procurement.
  • Utilize procurement and planning systems for requirement analysis, validation, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate and track action items, metrics, supplier management procedures, planning, procurement, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, and inventory analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Over 1 year of experience in access management, identity & access governance, or IT security.
  • Strong knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and supplier access management tools.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, user validation, and revalidation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with supplier enablement projects, system access control, and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in Exostar, STAR/CSMART, and ESA Footprints Project Management tools.

Additional Information:

  • This position is hybrid; some onsite work at listed locations may be required.
  • Position is for 1st shift.
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements: U.S. Person status required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Over 1 year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Excel, Access, or other database management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Relevant work or military experience; advanced degree preferred but not required.

Additional Details:

  • Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates must relocate at their own expense.
  • Travel up to 15% may be required.
