About the role as Technical Surveyor at Aira Technical Surveyors at Aira are responsible for visiting customer properties after a sale to collect data required for heat pump installation. This data is shared with our design team and installers to ensure the most efficient heating installation possible. If you have a background in plumbing, heating, renewables, or building surveys, this role may be perfect for you! At Aira, we prioritize progression and professional development. The role offers great development potential into design, installation, leadership, and management positions. Key responsibilities for the role of Technical Surveyor at Aira As a Technical Surveyor, you\’ll visit customer properties to accurately collect data, including but not limited to: Room sizes External property dimensions Building material Window dimensions and material Existing heating and electrical systems Heat Pump location Hot water requirements and cylinder location Pipe and cable routes Customer-specific requirements Heating emitters and manifold location Experience in one of the following is essential: Plumbing or heating installation (min NVQ Level 2) Domestic electrical installation Survey/specification experience for boilers/heating systems What is in it for you?
