In today’s fast-moving world of insurance, standing still is not an option. A leading global specialty insurer is looking for a Senior UI/UX Analyst to join a newly established Product Experience (PX) Practice. This is a key role that will shape the digital future of the business, ensuring user experience is front and center across platforms and customer journeys.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Head of Product Experience, this individual will:
- Lead the analysis and design of user journeys, workflows, and interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, Designers, BAs).
- Champion UX strategy and best practices across the organisation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and help upskill others in UX and React.
- Engage senior stakeholders to advocate for user-centric digital solutions.
- Contribute to UX standards, design systems, and toolkits.
- Work with platforms like Sitecore, Pega, and Guidewire Digital.
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven senior-level UI/UX experience in large, matrixed organisations.
- Strong portfolio covering research, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Experience in application branding and white-labelling.
- Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Sketch, and modern design tools.
- Solid understanding of accessibility and responsive design.
- Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working with brand and marketing guidelines.
