Senior UX/UI Analyst

A leading global specialty insurer is looking for a Senior UI/UX Analyst to join a newly established Product Experience (PX) Practice . This is a key role that will shape the digital future of the business, ensuring user experience is front and center across platforms and customer journeys. The Role: Reporting to the Head of Product Experience, this individual will: Lead the analysis and design of user journeys, workflows, and interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, Designers, BAs). Champion UX strategy and best practices across the organisation. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Mentor junior team members and help upskill others in UX and React. Engage senior stakeholders to advocate for user-centric digital solutions. Contribute to UX standards, design systems, and toolkits. Work with platforms like Sitecore, Pega, and Guidewire Digital. What They’re Looking For: Proven senior-level UI/UX experience in large, matrixed organisations. Strong portfolio covering research, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototyping. Experience in application branding and white-labelling. Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Sketch, and modern design tools. Solid understanding of accessibility and responsive design. Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills. Experience working with brand and marketing guidelines. Nice to Have: Background in platforms such as Sitecore, Pega, or Guidewire Digital.
