In today’s fast-moving world of insurance, standing still is not an option. A leading global specialty insurer is looking for a Senior UI/UX Analyst to join a newly established Product Experience (PX) Practice. This is a key role that will shape the digital future of the business, ensuring user experience is front and center across platforms and customer journeys.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Product Experience, this individual will:
  • Lead the analysis and design of user journeys, workflows, and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, Designers, BAs).
  • Champion UX strategy and best practices across the organisation.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Mentor junior team members and help upskill others in UX and React.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to advocate for user-centric digital solutions.
  • Contribute to UX standards, design systems, and toolkits.
  • Work with platforms like Sitecore, Pega, and Guidewire Digital.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Proven senior-level UI/UX experience in large, matrixed organisations.
  • Strong portfolio covering research, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototyping.
  • Experience in application branding and white-labelling.
  • Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Sketch, and modern design tools.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility and responsive design.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with brand and marketing guidelines.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in platforms such as Sitecore, Pega, or Guidewire Digital.

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Salary: Up to £85,000 + 20% Bonus + 10% Pension
